32 - 50 Scores over 32 are generally taken to indicate Asperger's Syndrome or high-functioning autism, with more than 34 an "extreme" score.
Hmm. To be honest if i did this test when i was younger, i would have scored higher again i think. I have learned lots of behaviors, and taken an interest in people and their intentions and learned and patterned them. So i can socially interact now, and also get a good idea of peoples intentions and whatnot, much better than when i was younger. But at the same time, as i walk among them, i know i am not one of them :P
I got 26 on that test, but I found my answers depended a lot on how I interpreted them. Many of the questions I answered honestly from where I am standing now, but there is an implied "because I have taken many years of conscious effort to learn this thing" tagged on to the end of it. Even the ones that say "I enjoy ..." had the disclaimer "because I have learned and no longer find those situations totally bewildering".
Funnily enough, 26 is still above "Average male or female computer scientist". It's interesting that for some of the comparisons they have separated male and female. I've been beginning to suspect that Aspergers is under-diagnosed in females. I think the fact that female brains seem to be better wired for social interactions than male brains may effectively counter-balance the social difficulties in a woman, while would be much more apparent in a man with a similar "degree" of Aspergers. The difficulties are still there, and will often only become apparent when she is in the company solely or predominantly of other (non-Aspy) women. Then, she will find herself quickly out of her depth, or bored, or both.
My understanding of the linked test is that it is designed to be administered to teenagers, i.e. before they have learned coping strategies. So it would be more accurate to reverse the answers that you called out above. That would give a more accurate diagnosis.

That would make sense.
"because I have taken many years of conscious effort to learn this thing"
Totally agree on this too. As i said, if i scored this when iwas a kid, then it would be higher. I have learned social interaction and people skills. Get me alone though, and im as wierd as i used to be ;)
